Good afternoon Martin,
The C30 chipper we purchased off you recently has passed 50hrs and has performed faultlessly, something that cant be said for some of your competitors products. We have a 6" diesel chipper of US origin which we were very pleased with until we put it up against the Hansa. To say we were blown away would be an understatement. With the superior design and the new auto feed system, the Hansa is up to 50 percent faster and produces a superior chip. The older chipper is facing death row soon, and will be replaced with another product from your company.
Nothing was too much trouble during the build process, and asking for a large capacity diesel tank was met with a can do attitude. We can work all week with this chipper without refueling and dont have to carry spare containers with us every day.
The build quality is world class and the balance of the chipper means it is easy to roll in and out of confined work areas, saving a lot of handling of brushwood.
We cannot recommend this chipper highly enough and look forward to a long association with Hansa Products.
